At Clayfabic, every order is packed with care and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Handmade, customized, or high-demand items may require additional processing time.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

• Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner availability.
• Most domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).
• Tracking updates are managed by the courier partner and may take time to refresh.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Lost Parcels

• Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, customers should contact us as soon as possible if the parcel has not been received.
• Claims for missing parcels after delivery confirmation may require investigation with the courier provider before refund or replacement can be considered.

6. Delays

• While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, strikes, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Clayfabic is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping partners.

7. Incorrect Address Information

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
• We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Undelivered / Returned Orders

• If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address details, additional reshipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged Package on Delivery

• If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@clayfabic.com.

10. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship only within India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
