At Clayfabic, each piece is handmade with care, and we hope you love your order. If there is any issue, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Damage Claims
• We do not accept returns for preference changes, dislike after delivery, or orders placed by mistake.
• We accept requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
• To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
2. Unboxing Video for Claims
• For claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items, we recommend recording an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
• This helps us review and resolve your request quickly.
• In some cases, an unboxing video may be required for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
• For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings and used jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect on arrival.
• Customized, personalised, or made-to-order items are also non-returnable.
4. Refunds
• Once your request is approved and the issue is verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Replacements
• If your item is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
6. Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been packed, customized, or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
